Garrett Aukamp, sophomore wrestler at Solanco, says his team’s quote is “How you do anything is how you do everything!”

This quote encourages his teammates to “push each other” to be better and to develop a good team chemistry.

Garrett sees his Solanco team as “young in age, but not in experience.” Several wrestlers return from last year's team as  letter winners.

Nolan Wagner, Solanco High School, senior

Tell me about your basketball journey?

Wagner: “Growing up my older brother he played so I always watched him. I always enjoyed watching him. That’s how I got started.”

Is there a favorite player who you’ve modeled your game after?

Wagner: “J.J. Redick.”

If you could, what advice would you give to yourself as a freshman?

A new meet at Lehigh University and a special Warwick meet will be key to determining Solanco's girls cross country team's success this seaason.

Chelsey Hanna, sophomore

Both Phipps and Hanna have goals to improve their times from last year and lead their Solanco Mules cross country team to the
District III meet.

After a season with a roster of 80% freshmen and sophomores that didn't win a league game, Solanco field hockey has plenty of experience and high hopes entering this season.
