Hempfield grad Ryan Moffatt played on college basketball's biggest stage with Colgate in the NCAA's Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament.

Moffatt, a junior, contributed 3 points with a three-pointer among four shots from the field and added 3 rebounds and 2 assists against Wisconsin in the first round of March Madness. The Raiders held the third-seeded Badgers to a 28-28 tie at halftime in the Midwest Region matchup in Milwaukee, but ended up being eliminated 67-60. 

Mercy Ademusayo, Linden Hall's 6-foot-5 center, has been named Pennsylvania Sportswriters' 2A player of the year.

She averaged 14.5 points and 16.6 rebounds a game this past season. She scored 22 points and racked up 13 rebounds and five blocks in the Lititz school's District 3 championship victory over Columbia for Linden Hall's third straight district crown.

Marge Trout won the J. Freeland Chryst award in 2010 and the George W. Kirchner Award in 2018.

I have so many fond memories during my career as an athlete, coach, official and athletic director that I could never select one as my favorite memory. They all have been rewarding and fantastic.  Let me share one experience that always brings a smile to my face.
