Elizabethtown girls volleyball expects to rely on senior leadership and strong communication skills to advance farther than the first round of the District 3 playoffs as they did last year.

Incorporating the younger players into the team and getting everyone involved will be a key element to the season.

Warwick's girls volleyball team had the satisfaction a year ago of winning a first-round game in the league playoffs, but the Warriors barely missing out on the District 3 playoffs is adding to motivation for this year.

"I think we're always motivated," says Burr. "Us in particular. We want it. We want it more than any year."

Coach Anthony Hernandez has seen steady improvement in the Lancaster Mennonite girls volleyball team during the past two seasons, and he's confident the team will take it a step further this season.
